Golf for Charity
December 14,2010. Veterans Golf Club. The Golden Tee Golf Association with its officers, Nigel Bennet,George Collins,Tomas Vargas and Barry Bowman, Donated to the PGH Medical Foundation a Check of 60,000 pesos for the rheumatology dept. The club has long been active in its charity work. the Money given was taken from the proceeds of the ongoing golf tournament of the association. The check was received by Mr. Edwin Vergabera, Executive Director of the PGH Med. Foundation, who thanked the club for its love for charity and hope they will continue with their unwavering support for the foundation.
